The University of Georgia would be pleased to have your firm participate in our 48th annual Risk Management and Insurance Careers Day on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at The Classic Center in downtown Athens, GA. This event provides opportunities for employers to meet and interview many highly qualified students seeking internship roles and full-time employment within the insurance, risk management, actuarial science, and employee benefits communities.
Our 2023 RMI Careers Day had over 80 employers and more than 360 RMI students in attendance. Employers were able to speak to students directly and fill full-time and internship roles. Our 2024 event will be held October 2, 2024 from 3:30-6:30 p.m. at The Classic Center and registration is now open. Questions can be directed to the RMI Careers Day Coordinators.

Interviews
On-campus interview space is limited, and interview rooms are assigned on a “first come” basis. Because of demand, requests for October 3 and 4 will be limited to two rooms per company, and anything over will go to a waitlist. Registration for interview rooms on October 3 and 4 will take place on the Careers Day registration page.
All other interview requests must be made online in Handshake. Since a number of our recruiters are attending from outside of Georgia, we strongly encourage those of you from the Atlanta area to consider participating in the information display period on October 2 and returning to campus in the following weeks to conduct your interviews. If you have questions regarding conducting interviews at the UGA Career Center or the Handshake system, please email Debi Grayson.
