Bonbright Center
The mission of the James C. Bonbright Center for the Study of Regulation, housed in the Department of Economics at the Terry College of Business, is to promote the economic analysis of regulation and policy, emphasizing the role markets play in coordinating economic activity. The Center fulfills its mission by providing resources for faculty and graduate student research and travel, graduate student assistantships, public lectures, conferences, and undergraduate internships, among other activities.
Selig Center for Economic Growth
Created to convey economic expertise to Georgia businesses and entrepreneurs, the Simon S. Selig Jr. Center for Economic Growth is primarily responsible for conducting research on economic, demographic, and social issues related to Georgia’s current and future growth. Through its range of projects — major economic impact studies, economic forecasts, publications, information services, and data products — the center’s efforts help to guide business decisions and public policy directions.
Ivester Institute for Business Analytics and Insights
The M. Douglas & V. Kay Ivester Institute for Business Analytics and Insights leads the development and dissemination of analytics knowledge and skills for the Terry College of Business. To help Terry faculty and graduate students stay on the frontier of empirical research, the IIBAI makes certain curricular and research activities have clear direction and coordination. The center fulfills its mission by serving as a forum for instructional and research collaboration, as well as through seed grants, industry partnerships and seminar speakers.
