Overview
The Area of Emphasis (AE) will recognize the completion of 12 credit hours in the following courses with a minimum grade of B- (or S) in each course:
Required Course
- MIST 4630: Secure Cloud Development
Additional Required Courses
Choose three courses from the following:
- MIST 5640: IT Infrastructure
- MIST 5770: Information Security Management
- MIST 5775/7775: Cyber Threat Intelligence
- MIST 5785: Applied Information Security
- MIST 4802: Internship in Information Security Management
- MIST 4700: Financial Technologies (must be in FinTech Certificate to enroll)
Other courses may be accepted, but permission from the department must be obtained.
