The International Business major is unique in that it is a program, not a department, within the Terry College. Because it is not a department, faculty members are "borrowed" from seven departments within the college forming the International Business Committees. Dr. Daniel Feldman is Associate Dean for Research and International Programs, and he oversees both study abroad and international exchange programs. Dr. Melvin Crask is Associate Dean of Academic Programs and he oversees the international business major. In addition, Mr. John Fentener van Vlissingen, founder of BDC Holdings, N.V. and former chairman of Business Travel International (BIT), is the program's Senior International Executive Lecturer.
In addition to the Directors of the International Business Program, there are two faculty committees which meet regularly to review International Business curriculum issues, petitions, and discuss study abroad and exchange program options for the Terry College.
