Corsair Society

The Corsair Society is a student-led organization providing a support network for UGA’s top undergraduate students interested in exploring career opportunities in business, facilitating productive discussion between graduates involved in related fields, and supporting the UGA academic mission by fostering a collaborative environment. The Corsair Society is a collaboration between the Terry College of Business and the University of Georgia’s Morehead Honors College.

Student Managed Investment Fund (SMIF)

The Student Managed Investment Fund (SMIF) is a premier opportunity allowing students to actively learn and manage an equity portfolio of more than $3.0 million in a hands-on environment. It provides undergraduate students with a unique learning experience through portfolio management, security evaluation and a support network.

Deer Run Fellows

Each semester eight of the Terry College’s highest achievers are selected to participate in leadership classes with the Dean and a weekend leadership retreat with former Coca-Cola CEO Doug Ivester and other executives at Deer Run, Ivester’s 25,000-acre property in Leary, Georgia.

Terry Diversity Fellows, Funded by EY

Funded by EY, the Terry Diversity Fellows are juniors and seniors who mentor underrepresented, intended business students. These students provide outreach to younger students to expose them to the many offerings at Terry, creating an inclusive community and encouraging student participation.

Terry Ambassadors

Leading by example, Terry Ambassadors engage with students and alumni to build community within the college, increase understanding of opportunities available, and further the Terry legacy.

Terry Women’s Initiative

The Terry Women’s Initiative (TWI) is committed to student success, by providing experiences and resources to promote the confidence and leadership skills needed for students to achieve their academic, personal, and professional goals. As an inclusive initiative, we welcome UGA students of all majors, genders and degree types.
