Keith Credendino
Chief Information Officer at Macy’sKeith Credendino (BBA ’97) is chief information officer of Macy’s Inc., where he is responsible for technology applications supporting colleagues and customer experiences, infrastructure and operations. He spearheads Macy’s data-first approach to modernization through personalization, warehouse automation and labor optimization.
Credendino joined Macy’s in 2022 as senior vice president for technology in product development and customer experience. In that role, he oversaw the development of customer experience technology and managed multiple development teams to deliver a cohesive set of customer and user journeys. Before Macy’s, he was senior vice president of digital technology and enterprise data at Inspire Brands.
Credendino was previously a technology executive at The Home Depot, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Cox Enterprises. Key accomplishments include delivery and accountability for large-scale and global e-commerce platforms, loyalty and customer relationship management systems, contact center ecosystems, in-store products and operational accountability in digital infrastructure and services.
Keith holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the UGA Terry College of Business and an MBA from Georgia State University.
