Frank Ros
Retired Vice President, Hispanic Strategies for The Coca-Cola Company and Team Captain of UGA’s 1980 National Football Championship Team
Before his retirement, Frank P. Ros was Vice President of Hispanic Strategies at The Coca-Cola Company, where he managed the Latin Affairs department. This included developing and implementing the strategy to position the company as a leading corporate citizen within the Latino community. He was one of 15 associates selected by the chairman and CEO to serve on The Coca-Cola Company Multicultural Leadership Council.
He was selected by Hispanic Business as one of the “100 Influentials in the U.S.” in 2011. Gov. Roy Barnes appointed him as chairman of the first Georgia Commission on Hispanic Affairs. He has served on 27 boards of directors and/or corporate advisory boards.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, he earned a bachelor’s degree in 1982 and a master’s in 1984. While at UGA, Ros was voted team captain of the 1980 national championship football team and named to the Academic All-SEC team. He is a recipient of the UGA Chapter of the National Football Foundation & Hall of Fame Post-Graduate Award and the Bill Hartman Award, one of the highest honors given to a former UGA student-athlete.
Born in Barcelona, Spain, Ros speaks three languages. He and his wife, Jan Floyd-Ros, live in Kennesaw, Georgia, and are the proud parents of two sons, Frank VI and Bryce.
