Franchisee, Chick‑fil‑A

Kevin Williams has been a Chick‑fil‑A franchisee for more than 30 years. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Management Information Systems degree. He was first introduced to the Chick‑fil‑A brand as a teenager by founder Truett Cathy, who spoke at his church. Kevin owns and operates the three Chick‑fil‑A restaurants in Canton, GA. Kevin is a husband, father, grandfather, community leader, friend, and waffle-fry cook who is passionate about inspiring the next generation and providing his team with the most amazing place to work. Kevin has a drive to see others’ dreams come true while providing them a place to learn, fail, and launch into their future. Kevin is a best-selling author, speaker, podcaster, and investor in the next generation, which is the inspiration behind “Irrational Kindness: A Crazy Pursuit of an Extraordinary Life.” The book was written as part operating manual for life and part employee handbook. He and his wife, Gwen, love spending time with their children and grandchildren, cheering on UGA, and exploring creative places and spaces.
