The William E. and Barbara H. Beckham Jr. Workforce Management Certificate provides participants with the professional, social and cultural knowledge to successfully launch a career in a competitive job market. This non-academic certificate will provide you with the skills to develop a “management capability” for leveraging your coursework at UGA as well as improve business performance throughout your career.
The Workforce Management Certificate is administered through the Office of Professional and Community Engagement.
Certification Requirements
In order to receive this certification, students must complete the following:
- Complete all online coursework.
- Work with an assigned team to complete a group video presentation up to six (6) minutes in length outlining lessons learned and practical application of outlined skills.
