Professional women can face unique challenges when navigating business opportunities, workplace dynamics and conflict. From sales activities to salary negotiation to managing board-member relations, many women can readily supply examples of overcoming barriers their male colleagues may not see.

Program Overview

This course is designed to help women overcome common hurdles with tools for effective conflict resolution and negotiations. Participants will better understand the nature and types of conflict while negotiating winning techniques with individuals, groups and organizations.

Dr. Rippé has been recognized for her teaching, sales coaching, and research excellence. As a teacher, Dr. Rippé aims to prepare students for the workforce and life. She is driven by a deep-rooted passion for helping students develop to their fullest potential. She enjoys teaching sales because students become empowered by the principles and simultaneously learn to sell themselves.
