A woman speaks to her audience during an Executive Education class.

Professional women can face unique challenges when navigating business opportunities, workplace dynamics and conflict. From sales activities to salary negotiation to managing board-member relations, many women can readily supply examples of overcoming barriers their male colleagues may not see.

This course is designed to help women overcome these hurdles with tools for effective conflict resolution and agreement. Participants will better understand the nature and types of conflict while negotiating winning techniques with individuals, groups and organizations.
