The Yellow Belt certification is 100% online and self-paced.
Phase II: Green Belt
This course engages participants in interactive exercises, learning from both peers and expert instructors from UGA. The program covers Design Thinking, Change Leadership, and Project Management. You will apply key Lean Six Sigma tools to real projects, achieving immediate results in your organization.

- Sit for your Green Belt certification exam on the final day
Yellow Belt is included with Green Belt registration. If you already completed Terry’s Yellow Belt certification, the cost of Yellow Belt will be deducted from the Green Belt fee.
