Leadership Pathways

Practical development for the next step in leadership

Leadership changes as responsibility grows. A new manager needs to lead through others. A rising leader needs to work across teams, influence stakeholders and guide change. UGA Executive Education’s Leadership Pathways offers focused programs for each of those transitions, with opportunities to apply what you learn to real work.

Development built around real leadership transitions

The skills that help someone succeed in one role do not always prepare them for the next. Leadership Pathways meets leaders at two distinct points: taking responsibility for people and taking on broader responsibility across an organization.

Rather than waiting until a program ends to use what they learn, participants bring current challenges into the experience. They practice new approaches, test them at work and leave with a plan for continued growth.

Organizations can enroll individual leaders in open enrollment programs or discuss a program tailored to their teams and priorities.
