Designed for experienced managers ready to lead enterprise-level change, this 12-week Live-Virtual program builds on Green Belt foundations to deliver advanced Lean Six Sigma skills. Participants will master all phases of DMAIC, learn systems thinking and DMADV, and complete a real-world capstone project that drives measurable impact in their organization.

The Project Management Certificate, offered by the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education and UGA Executive Education, is a course designed to start or advance your career in project management. With just four days of in-person instruction and 2.5 hours of outside-of-class group work, this is an ideal program for busy professionals seeking an onsite classroom experience.

The culminating level of any Lean Six Sigma journey, the Master Black Belt certification is for seasoned practitioners who have already earned a Black Belt. You’ll gain advanced leadership, mentoring, project governance, and strategic skills to guide enterprise-wide improvement efforts. To earn the Master Black Belt, participants must complete five real-world projects that deliver measurable impact.
