Terry is committed to preparing graduates to lead in business, their communities and beyond. With the Institute for Leadership Advancement as a guiding light, we aim to develop ethical leaders who embrace stewardship, excellence, integrity and purpose.
Through leadership curriculum, service projects, networking and experiential opportunities in every department and major, we empower all Terry students to make a difference today and develop the skills they need to lead tomorrow.
In addition, we are cultivating outstanding leadership research, with our Department of Management ranked first in the nation for research productivity.
