What Do We Do?
The purpose of this group is to provide direct input to the Dean and Office of Inclusive Excellence and Engagement on the vision formation for the college’s inclusive excellence strategy. The group plans, supports and hosts college-wide events for Terry such as the Terry Community Café which highlights various topics relating to inclusive excellence.
What is Our Vision?
Our vision is to create an environment that encourages each of us to form real relationships with people who are different from us and capture the value that accessing those talents and insights bring to the innovation and problem-solving process. By fully engaging all employees, we aim to enhance the quality of the Terry experience for our employees and students.
