The program is completed in eight 12-week modules and can be finished in 17, 20, or 23 months, depending on a student’s elective schedule. Students complete coursework online through a combination of recorded content, assignments, discussions, and collaborative activities throughout each module.
All students complete:
- 10 required core courses during Modules 1–5
- 6 elective courses during Modules 6–8
- Optional domestic and international residencies, each of which counts as an elective course
100% Online Delivery
The Online MBA can be completed entirely online. Students access course materials virtually and complete course activities and assignments according to module schedules and deadlines.
Students who choose to participate in a Domestic Residency or International Residency will attend those experiences in person. Each residency carries three credit hours and fulfills one elective requirement.

Cohort & Team-Based Learning
Online MBA students begin and progress through the program together as a cohort.
Student teams are formed during Module 1 and remain together throughout the core curriculum. Working in teams allows students to collaborate with professionals from diverse industries and backgrounds while building a support network for group assignments, projects, and classroom discussions.
During the elective phase, team structures vary by course and are established according to faculty requirements.
Students may also participate in a Team Strengths Workshop to learn more about their teammates’ strengths and improve team effectiveness throughout the MBA experience.
Through team projects and shared challenges, you’ll build meaningful relationships and a professional network that extends well beyond graduation.

Students who complete all six electives by the end of Module 6 can finish the program in 17 months. This pathway typically includes participation in a Domestic and/or International Residency and completion of additional electives during Module 6. Students pursuing the 17-month pathway are generally not able to complete a concentration.
