Fall 2014 Staff Awards: Patti Orr + Jill Walton

Patti Orr and Jill Walton were recognized for their service to Terry College at the semi-annual Outstanding Staff Awards presentation on December 10, 2014.

Terry Achievement Award: Patti Orr, Office of Finance and Administration

Terry Community Building Award: Jill Walton, Office of Undergraduate Student Services and Corporate Relations

Terry’s Outstanding Staff Awards are given on a semi-annual basis in two categories:

  • Terry Achievement Award recognizes Terry staff for outstanding performance in carrying out their assigned responsibilities.
  • Terry Community Building Award recognizes Terry staff for outstanding performance in building the Terry College community.

A dean-appointed committee selects award winners from submitted nominations. Full-time and part-time (½ time or greater and benefits eligible) staff members are eligible for these awards after completing at least two full years of service in the Terry College. The Staff Awards, which began in 2002, have awarded recipients with an engraved glass award and a check in recognition of their contributions.
