Biography

Radina Blagoeva is an assistant professor in the Department of Management at the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business. She received her Ph.D. in strategic management from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her research examines the mutual influence of CEOs, firms, and financial markets with a specific focus on the role of biases in CEO decision-making and communication as well as financial market evaluations. Her research has been published in several journals, including the Academy of Management Journal and Strategic Management Journal.
