Biography
Carolina Reis is an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems at the Terry College of Business. Her research focuses on human-AI behavior. Particularly, she studies (1) how the introduction of AI systems into social and organizational ecosystems alters human beliefs and behaviors, and (2) how humans themselves shape AI systems through the training of these systems using active human input.
She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
