Correll Hall

Robert A.M. Stern Architects received a 2016 Philip Trammell Shutze Award from the Institute of Classic Architecture & Art, Southeast Chapter, for the design of the Terry College’s Correll Hall.

The award came in the category of Civic Institution (Large). Established in 2007, the Shutze awards are named for the internationally renowned Atlanta architect Philip Trammell Shutze. He is recognized as one of the region’s finest practitioners of the classical design tradition.

Correll Hall is the first phase of Terry’s Business Learning Community, and measures 74,291 gross square feet. Named in honor of Ada Lee (BSED ’63) and A. D. “Pete” Correll (BBA ’63), chairman emeritus of Georgia-Pacific Corp., the building houses the college’s graduate programs, an innovation lab, classrooms and team rooms, a graduate commons and more.

Robert A.M. Stern Architects of New York partnered with Rule Joy Trammel Rubio in the design of Correll Hall.
