
From an early age, Randy Groomes found a connection between education and community. Now, as director of professional and community engagement at UGA’s Terry College of Business, he’s teaching students how to blend business and public service.

Johannes Kohler has stories and has learned lessons that today’s finance students — who’ve never seen a bear market — can hardly believe. As a senior lecturer in the finance department at the Terry College of Business, his job is to bridge the gap between Broad Street and Wall Street and help students learn the structure of the modern stock and bond markets.
