The Terry College Ambassadors are selected based upon their academic records, interpersonal skills and dependability. Applicants should:

  • be enrolled as a full-time student within Terry College
  • have a minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • have at least two semesters remaining before graduation
  • show a strong commitment to Terry College and its programs

Ambassadors are expected to attend one meeting per month and certain functions as designated by the advisor as the group moves forward. In addition, they should be willing to participate in social and educational events of the college.

Terry Ambassador Application

Register for one of our info sessions in February if you would like to learn more about becoming a Terry Ambassador, including eligibility requirements, responsibilities, and benefits! Attendance at one of these four info sessions is a mandatory component of the Terry Ambassador application process.

  • Monday, February 11, 2019 | 1:30-2:30pm
  • Monday, February 18, 2019 | 4:45-5:45pm
  • Thursday, February 21, 2019 | 2:00-3:00pm
  • Tuesday, February 26, 2019 | 5:00-6:00pm

Attendance at one info session is the first step in the application process. The link to the Ambassador application will be sent out in the first week of March and will be open for one week. Interviews will take place after Spring Break. More information will be sent to students who attended an info session via email!Information sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited and registration will close once all the sessions are filled.

Note: In order to be a Terry Ambassador you must be accepted into a Terry Major. Students applying to their major in Spring 2019 are encouraged to attend the info session and will be eligible to advance in the application process contingent of their acceptance into their major.
