2023 Professional MBA Entering Class Calendar

Format

• The Professional MBA program can be completed in 17, 20, or 23 months.
• All students take 10 required core courses and 6 electives to complete their degree.  
• The program is delivered using 70% classroom instruction and 30% online learning tools. In each 12-week learning module, students meet in class for two consecutive weeks followed by an online/distance learning week throughout each module on rotation. 
• In addition to earning an MBA degree, Professional MBA students can pursue certificates in Workforce Diversity (offered every fall and spring), Entrepreneurship (offered every fall and spring), and/or a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (offered as an elective course). Students can also elect to concentrate in Finance/Accounting, Innovation/Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Marketing, Operations/Supply Chain Management, or Real Estate.

Schedule

Students select the schedule that works best for them:

• Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Teams

Teams for modules 1-5 are assigned at the start of the program in the Organizational Behavior and Leadership course in module 1. Teams are purposefully built to pair you with people who are different from you and you will work in your team in various ways. Elective courses will vary and will require their own specific team formations. These teams will be formed based on the professor’s requirements.
