Phase I: Yellow Belt
This self-paced online course covers Lean Six Sigma principles, quality, and the DMAIC roadmap, and includes an in-depth focus on the Define stage to explore Voice of the Customer and Project Charter.
Phase II: Green Belt
This course engages participants in interactive exercises, learning from both peers and expert instructors from UGA. You will apply key Lean Six Sigma tools to real projects, achieving immediate results in your organization. We offer this program in live-virtual and in-person formats.
Phase III: Black Belt
Designed for experienced managers ready to lead broader initiatives or step into enterprise-level roles, this course prepares you to use advanced Lean Six Sigma methodologies to innovate processes and guide organizational change. Participants develop and execute a real-world capstone project, creating a measurable impact on your organization.
