Graduate School Accepted Students Day: Not required

May 14, 2018

Professional MBA students are not required to attend the UGA Graduate School “Accepted Students Day” scheduled for May 30, 2018 and August 8, 2018.. This is an event for ALL newly accepted University of Georgia graduate students. The emphasis of this event is placed on fulltime graduate students who will be based on the Athens campus. All new student information that is pertinent to you is on this website and will also be covered at the PMBA orientation. Information regarding PMBA orientation may be found elsewhere in Announcements.

Professional MBA Orientation

March 2, 2018

The Professional MBA Orientation is an engaging and informative event that welcomes you to the program and serves as an introduction to your new classmates prior to your first class meeting. There will be one orientation for all Professional MBA students, regardless of your campus or cohort. You will meet your distinguished classmates with whom you will spend the next 23 months as well as the program staff who will be your point of contact for the duration of the program.

New PMBA Cohort option - Saturday

March 15, 2018

The Professional MBA program offers multiple cohort options at two convenient campus locations to make it easy for high-potential, early-career professionals to complete their education while fully employed. The cohort options are as follows:

Students in each section travel to campus for two consecutive weeks. On the third week, you can complete your coursework at home, in the office, or whereever you are using online learning. You will repeat this rotation for each 12-week module. If you have any questions about the cohort options or your cohort selection, send an email to pmba@uga.edu.
