Bonneau Ansley III (BBA '99), a fifth-generation Atlantan, serves as the president
and broker with Ansley Atlanta Real Estate and managing partner of Ansley Hewett Custom
Homes.
Ansley has long been a leader in luxury real estate sales and construction in Atlanta.
He has developed, built and sold more than $1 billion in real estate since graduating
from Terry and sold over $425 million of houses in the last four years. Previously,
he worked with Barry Real Estate and Harry Norman Realtors developing premiere projects
in Atlanta, the Georgia coast and South Carolina.
Ansley and his wife, Jen, live in Buckhead with their two children, Blakely and Beau.
They are members of Northside Methodist Church and are very involved in the community.
R. Alan Bullock (BBA '75) is the co-founder and principal in charge of investment
and finance operations for Bullock Mannelly Partners.
Bullock specializes in the brokerage, acquisition and disposition, and joint venture
financing of commercial real estate, including the arrangement of debt and equity
for project development. Since incorporating in 1984, Bullock Mannelly Partners has
developed and purchased approximately 5 million square feet and developed more than
1,200 acres in the Southeastern U.S. and the Caribbean. Since 2000, Bullock has directed
more than $6.5 billion in investment and finance transactions totaling over 10 million
square feet.
Neill B. Faucett is a managing principal of Lubert-Adler, focusing on new acquisitions
and asset management in the Southeastern U.S.
With over 40 years of experience in the real estate investment sector, Faucett is
also the founder of Faucett Consulting and was a founding partner of the Atlanta accounting
firm Faucett Taylor & Associates. Prior to this, he worked for the international accounting
firm of Arthur Andersen.
Faucett graduated from Auburn University, where he received the President's Award
as the outstanding business school graduate and was selected as the outstanding accounting
graduate.
Mark Toro is the founder and managing partner at North American Properties in Atlanta.
Having previously served in leadership positions with Fasion, Cousins Properties and
Zaremba Group, Toro founded North American Properties in 1996. In his four-decade
career, he has developed, redeveloped or repositioned more than 65 projects totaling
almost 25 million square feet.
An advocate of walkability and urban development, Toro is pioneering experiential
mixed use with the recent repositioning of Atlantic Station and Colony Square in Midtown
Atlanta and the development of Avalon in Alpharetta and Lorelei in Charleston, S.C.
He also serves on the Board of City of Refuge, the Executive Committee of the Midtown
Alliance Board and chairing ULI Atlanta's Livable Communities Council.
Named one of Atlanta Magazine’s “55 Most Influential Atlantans,” Toro serves on the
Board of City of Refuge, the Executive Committee of the Midtown Alliance Board and
chairing ULI Atlanta's Livable Communities Council. He was recently presented with
the Henry H. Robinson Award by The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
Travis A. Butler is the founder and president of Butler Properties and Development,
a full-service commercial real estate development company with an emphasis on retail
development for investment grade credit tenants.
Butler has been the president or managing partner of more than 15 companies and partnerships.
During his career, these businesses have acquired and developed over 1 million square
feet of retail developments and more than 200 acres of investment land.
A longtime resident of South Carolina, Butler has served on the Board of Directors
for the City Center Partnership and on the Design Development Review Commission in
Columbia, S.C. He graduated from the Westminster Schools in Atlanta in 1996 and from
the Terry College in 2008. In 2015, he moved his company headquarters and family to
Athens, Ga.
