Jim Stevens is a PhD candidate at the Terry College of Business, an on the job market for the fall/winter 2019 placement cycle. After studying business at the University of Virginia, he spent one year teaching high school students and traveling.  He then worked for 3.5 years as a Real Estate Analyst with SNL Financial, where he wrote news articles about the industry and guided bankers and industry professionals through REIT data.  He returned to school to pursue his research interests in real estate and finance.
