Students are permitted to enter business establishments or governmental agencies for the purpose of obtaining practical and applied business experience. An in-depth paper based on an approved finance topic is required.

Nontraditional Format

Internship not involving formal lecture or laboratory. For credit the student must find a finance-related internship and work a minimum of eight full weeks (40-hour schedule).
