The bargaining practice worksheet is available here. Dave Barry's column this week highlights the role of lawyers in shaping the law. Correction: the first writing assignment is due February 1, and the second is due March 2. (The due dates for the third and fourth assignments remain April 11 and April 27, respectively.)
