Hi, I'm Elizabeth Pape I work at the University of Georgia in the Terry College of Business Office of Information Technology as a Computer Services Specialist. This a nice title for someone who knows a little bit about a lot of things (just enough to be dangerous you know). My speciality is lemon bars, oops, I mean patience. I'm very patient with questions because I always have so many of my own.
I work in the Help Desk and I create accounts for our faculty, staff, students and then help them out with getting started. I write some documentations too. I also help out with those duties on our local area networks. I answer lots of questions (if I don't know the answers, I make them up! -- just kidding, I have a wonderful network of folks who know EVERYTHING!).
