  • Major research and consulting projects during the last twelve years have focused on facilitation, team development, creativity and leadership, and technology to support teams and learning.
  • 40 years consulting - most of which focused on helping both public and private organizations to utilize computer technology more effectively, i.e., to create high performing systems with highly satisfied employees.
  • 20 years of high performance consulting - working with individuals (through a private practice and business contracts) to enhance their abilities to solve problems and achieve desired outcomes/goals.
  • 43 years of University teaching.

  • M.B.A. Degree, Michigan State University, 1969.

  • Assistant Professor and Chairman of Computer Systems Department, Florida Atlantic University, 1970-1972.
  • Instructor, Assistant Professor and Department Chairman of Data Processing Department, State University of New York at Cobleskill, 1967-1970.


PUBLICATIONS

  • Over 150 articles have been published in leading business and computer journals, books, and conference proceedings. One book has been completed and two are in-process.
