The University of Georgia is pleased to announce a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in General Business that is offered through the University of Georgia program at the Griffin Campus. This field of study provides students with general training in business administration and provides coursework in more than one academic area. General Business is an appropriate major for students who wish to obtain a broad background in business or who intend to pursue an advanced degree.
This program is designed only for new transfer and second-degree seeking students. "New" in this sense means individuals who are applying for admission to the University of Georgia for the first time. That is, the program is not intended for students who are considered active students in programs offered on the UGA Athens campus or are recent graduates of such undergraduate programs of UGA.
The Terry College will review applications for second degrees only from individuals who received a first degree at least two years prior to their intended entrance into the UGA Griffin Campus program. We will not accept an application for a dual degree or a double major from an active student on the UGA Athens campus. Further, all applications for a second degree, dual degree, or a double major will be reviewed on an individual basis. There are no criteria that will automatically guarantee admission.
