Terry College of Business

Georgia’s flagship business school, founded in 1912

Undergraduate Programs

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree enrolls only third- and fourth-year students. Each UGA student who plans to pursue a BBA must first be admitted to the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences as a “pre-business major”. When applying to the Terry College, students apply to a specific field of study, usually during the second semester of their sophomore year.

Visit the UGA Office of Admissions for more information about enrolling as a pre-business major.

Starting fall semester 2013, economics majors pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree will transition from UGA’s Franklin College of Arts and Sciences to the Terry College of Business. AB econ majors have long been a part of Terry’s classes, but Franklin College has conferred their degrees. This change means that students pursuing an AB econ degree will now have full access to all Terry College student services, career services, and invitations to all Terry events.
