Louise Allen is the fourth generation of her family to lead the 108-year-old office and healthcare furniture and workplace services company. She is the first woman in the Allen family to assume the leadership role at Ivan Allen Workspace. She has led the company with courage and a passionate dedication to providing her customers with extraordinary service.

She was voted one of Atlanta's Top 25 Power Women to Watch in 2006. She received the 2006 Georgia Trend 40 under 40 award and most recently was honored as a 2008 Woman of Excellence by Business to Business Magazine.

The Atlanta business and civic communities continue to benefit from the participation and leadership of the Allen family. Louise Allen currently serves on the Board of Advisors at the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Campaign Cabinet Leadership for Forward Atlanta, Board of Advisors for Atlanta Woman Magazine, United Way Tocqueville Society, Central Atlanta Progress board member, The Carter Center Board of Councilors, GA Tech CoC Advisory Board, The Nature Conservancy and Ducks Unlimited Atlanta Committee.
