C. Jones Hooks has more than 30 years of experience in managing multifaceted organizations. His background includes working extensively in the public and private sectors, on local, state, national and international levels.
Since June 2008, Hooks has served as Executive Director of the Jekyll Island Authority (JIA). The Authority is responsible for the stewardship of Jekyll Island, a barrier island off Georgia’s coast. The JIA is also responsible for providing services, programs and amenities that maximize benefits to island visitors and residents.
