Terry's Outstanding Staff Awards are given on a semiannual basis in two categories: Terry Achievement Awards, for outstanding performance in job responsibilities; and Terry Community Building Awards, for exhibiting and encouraging in exemplary team spirit. Winners are selected by a committee appointed by the dean, which chooses from among nominations submitted. Full-time and part-time staff members are eligible for these awards after completing at least two full years of service in the Terry College. The Staff Awards program dates back to 2002. Since 2004, each winner has received a plaque and a check in recognition.
