Several sources of financial aid are available to Ph.D. students. With the exception of fellowships, the following sources of aid carry an automatic waiver of the majority of quarterly tuition fees. Applications should be received by February 1 of each year to be eligible for the maximum amount of assistance.

Awarded on a competitive basis, these assistantships support student research activities. The stipend is awarded once an academic year.

The Terry College of Business offers a tax-free stipend to two incoming Ph.D. students each year. The amount fluctuates and is awarded on a competitive basis requiring the recipient to be engaged in research activities.

Awarded yearly by the Terry College of Business to selected Ph.D. students, these grants are paid for the semester of the student's choosing.

Each year, the Terry College of Business offers promising students tax-free fellowships for a three year period.

The Department has funds available to supplement the above assistance for especially meritorious Real Estate students.
