NAIOP School Challenge
The Georgia Chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), holds an annual school challenge in which the University of Georgia participates. NAIOP is the national trade association for developers, owners, investors and asset managers of commercial real estate in the United States and Canada. The annual competition requires real estate students from various colleges throughout the state to present solutions to real life real estate challenges. In the past, students that were selected to participate in this competition have found it to be an excellent opportunity to apply the skills they learned in the program in a real world setting.
