For the past several years, the Mortgage Bankers Association has provided an award to the best student in the Real Estate Finance course (REAL 9830). In the past, the award consisted of $1,000 and breakfast with the President and other officers of the Mortgage Bankers Association. This award is only available to Real Estate sequence MBAs.
