  • Carolyn A. Dehring (Ph.D., University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign) is an Assistant Professor of Real Estate. Dr. Dehring teaches real estate principles and investments in the undergraduate program and real estate investments at the graduate level. Her research interests include private land use controls, private governance, recreation land pricing and second homes. Dr. Dehring’s articles have appeared in various scholarly journals, including Land Economics, the Journal of Urban Economics, and the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics.
