Robert C. (Robin) Loudermilk, Jr. , is currently the president and chief executive officer of Aaron Rents, Inc. He held the position of chief operation officer since 1997 and served as director of the company. Loudermilk joined the company in 1985 and has held various positions: assistant store manager, store manager, regional manager, regional vice president, vice president of Manufacturing, vice president of Rent-to-Rent Division, vice president of Real Estate and vice president of the Office Furniture Division. Prior to his career with Aaron Rents, Inc. , he worked for Caldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services, and subsequently Stratton Construction Inc.
Loudermilk is a native of Atlanta, Ga. He graduated from the Lovett School in 1978, where he now serves as a trustee. He attended the University of Alabama and graduated in 1982 with an undergraduate degree in general business administration. Loudermilk currently serves as chairman of the Buckhead Alliance. He also serves as Trustee for Sky Land Trail, and is a former member of the Young Presidents Organization.
He is married to Frances Coley Loudermilk, and they have three children, Charlie (18), Chappell (17), and Coley (12). Loudermilk and his family enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fishing, skiing and exercising.
