(26.3 MB) Randy Jackson is the Director of Human Resources and Administration for Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia, Inc. Randy joined the company July 16, 2007, as the top American executive to lead the West Point Georgia Automotive Project.
Prior to joining KIA, Randy was employed with Mercedes Benz USA and International, Inc. in Vance, Alabama. There, he was a member of the senior executive management team, leading the human resource group to support their major expansions and growth.
Randy has worked in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Japan during his career and he has been published several times in the Society for Human Resource Management's magazine. He is recognized as one the top leaders in his field around the country.
