Mike Wien is enjoying an encore career as is a professional speaker after spending over 30 years in marketing leadership roles with Frito-Lay, Pepsi, CitiBank, Omni Hotels and Deloitte. He combines his rich marketing experiences with recent lessons learned as a world ranked Ironman triahtlete to deliver programs that are filled with content about marketing and business development while being both motivational and entertaining.

Mike started his career in marketing at Frito-Lay after earning a bachelors degree from Colorado State University and an MBA for the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. He was promoted to director of brand management for the Pepsi-Cola bottling group and left to become director of marketing and sales for Omni Hotels Worldwide. He moved to CitiBank as group director of marketing and product development before joining Deloitte as the managing director of Industry Marketing for the US firm.
