Lizanne C. Gottung began her career in 1981 as a part of a labor relations team at a Kimberly-Clark Corporation manufacturing facility in Memphis, TN. Since 2002, she has been Kimberly-Clark’s Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

In this role, Ms. Gottung leads the design and implementation of all enterprise human capital strategies for Kimberly-Clark and advises the CEO and the board of directors on issues and initiatives related to human resources. A member of the Terry Dean’s Advisory Council, she also serves on the boards of Louisiana-Pacific, the American Heart Association, and the North Fulton Child Development Association. Ms. Gottung lives in Atlanta with her husband Mark and they have three children, including Lauren Gottung, a 2007 Terry graduate and Leonard Leadership Scholar.
