	Register & Pay Fees Graduate School policy requires students on an assistantship to register and pay their fees prior to the first day of classes each semester.
	Obtain a UGACard Official UGA ID card
	Establish a UGA MyID Automatically creates a UGA e-mail account and also provides easy access many services available at UGA.
	Establish a Local Address Establish and update your address using OASIS
	A Culture of Honesty All UGA students are expected to read and comply with the University's Academic Honesty Policy.
	Apply for a Parking Permit Incoming students who plan to park on the University campus must purchase a parking permit.

Establish a local address
It is very important that you establish your local address with the registrar. You have the capability of changing your address through OASIS. Doing so will assure that your grades will be mailed to you and not to the address you used when you first applied to the program.

It is also important to establish your local address with the Terry Graduate Program. As soon as you establish a local mailing address, telephone number and UGA email address, email this information to the Director of the PhD Program. You are also required to provide this information to the Graduate Coordinator of your area.
