	Obtain a UGACard Official UGA ID card
	Establish a UGA MyID Automatically creates a UGA e-mail account and also provides easy access many services available at UGA.
	Establish a Local Address Establish and update your address using OASIS
	A Culture of Honesty All UGA students are expected to read and comply with the University's Academic Honesty Policy.
	Apply for a Parking Permit Incoming students who plan to park on the University campus must purchase a parking permit.

Online Orientation: Requirements

The online orientation is designed to be a resource for you as a new student and provide you an efficient method of identifying items that require your immediate attention. Each of the five major categories listed under the welcome link in this online orientation have numerous sub-categories that appear on the right side of the screen. The items appearing in the boxes on the right side are divided into "To Do" items and "Informational" items. The "To Do" items obviously require prompt action on your part. Failure to complete the "To Do" items in a timely manner can lead to problems ranging from a delay in receiving compensation to a loss of your assistantship. The "Informational" items are no less important, but they do not require immediate attention. Please read and follow the instructions and carefully complete each of the "To Do" items. Start with the "To Do" items on the right side of this screen and continue on to complete the "To Do" items listed under the "Assistantship Responsibilities" link.
