Departmental Graduate Coordinators' Responsibilities

In addition to overseeing department responsibilities related to the Terry PhD program, graduate coordinators are responsible to:

  • Complete assistantship allocation sheet for Beth Kittle
  • Choose departmental Comer recipient and send name to Beth Kittle each spring
  • Prepare waiver sheets for incoming PhD (calculus requirements)
  • Assign current student to assist new student
