Grow our capabilities in supporting faculty research activities

• Clarify roles and develop gap analysis for service improvements
• Upgrade research server to enhance performance

Develop and deploy tools to allow faculty to easily incorporate technology to improve instructional impact

• Migrate to Vista as our primary Learning Management Platform
• Deploy Power converter to simplify Narrated Powerpoint Creation
• Clarify roles and responsibilities through DL Task Force
• Develop capabilities and services for multi-media recording and presentation

Enable and automate Terry College business functions

• Redesign the Terry web presence to provide an updated look and simplify data management for the College
• Define and implement a project management process to improve responsiveness and quality of our delivery

Improve efficiency and cost effectiveness of our infrastructure support services

• Develop techniques for automation of routine support services (software delivery, operating system upgrades, remote support)
• Reduce Terry College specific infrastructure through elimination of redundant and obsolete equipment, strategic outsourcing, and innovative technologies that displace required infrastructure
• Develop plan for conversion to UGA's MyID authentication system
