Management professor Jessica B. Rodell and her co-authors received the 2014 Human Resource Division’s Scholarly Achievement Award.

This award is presented to the authors of the most significant article in human resource management published in recognized journals and research annuals that are generally available to HR Division members. 

Rodell earned the honor for the paper "Hierarchical representations of the five-factor model of personality in predicting job performance: Integrating three organizing frameworks with two theoretical perspectives" published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, (2013) 98: 875-925.
