Doug Griffin has been with AGCO Corporation for nine years and presently serves as Vice President, Global Marketing and Brand Management. Doug is responsible for developing global branding strategies and marketing initiatives for AGCO four global brands. In Doug's career at AGCO, he has also served as Vice President Marketing, North America, and Director of Sales and Marketing, North America, Challenger Division. Doug began his professional career working for several years with Caterpillar Inc in various sales and marketing assignments.
Doug has completed executive education programs at both Bradley University and Emory University and he is currently a member of the National Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award Fellows Program. He has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Purdue University and is a member of Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity.
Doug has served on the Georgia FFA Foundation Sponsors Board, and currently serves on the National FFA Sponsors Board. He has been awarded the Alpha Gamma Rho grand presidents award and was recently recognized by Purdue University as a Distinguished Agriculture alumni.
Doug, and his wife Renee, reside in Ball Ground, Georgia and have three children ages 14, 12, and nine.
