David is Vice President for National and Regional Marketing for Chick-fil-A, Inc. With 45 years of positive sales growth, Chick-fil-A has set itself apart by pioneering innovations and delicious products – including the ever-popular Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich.

In the Business community, David has served on the Board of Directors of ExecuTrain Corporation, a Founding Member and on the Board of Directors of Peachtree Partners, Inc., and is a member of the American Marketing Association. He has served on the Board of the AMA as Co-Vice President of Sponsorships, as Alumni Advisor to Pi Sigma Epsilon marketing fraternity, a member of Sales and Marketing Executives of Atlanta, part of the Midtown Alliance Leadership Development Program, a member of the GSU Marketing Roundtable, as well as being on the Board of Advisors for the Chick-fil-A Bowl. He is a partner in Rocky Mountain Ventures LLC, a venture capital partnership. He is on the Board of Directors for Mobilization Labs, a technology company. He is also on the Board of the Atlanta Sports Council.

As the Atlanta president of Weber Shandwick, Rob directs a team of consumer, corporate, B2B, foodservice and public affairs specialists.

Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, Rob managed the Home Depot's corporate public relations agency team in the U.S. Mexico, Canada and China from 2003-2010, and had a 15-year tenure at The Coca-Cola Company where he was director of corporate communications, director of international media relations, director of U.S. public relations and director of marketing communications.

Tina Busch is responsible for driving the business goals of Kimberly-Clark by creating and implementing human capital strategy. Since joining K-C in 2010, she has had the opportunity to work on several key global initiatives, including Market Based Compensation, leading the One K-C Jam (a cross-boundary dialogue where innovation meets employee engagement), and sales capability in both the B2B and B2C businesses.

In addition to leading learning organizations in multiple global companies throughout her 18-year career, Tina has experience in strategy, sales management and leading sales capability organizations. She is based in Roswell, Georgia and holds a PhD in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University.

Prior to joining Accenture in 1998, Mike was a Senior Manager at the Coca-Cola Company, leading the Company’s bottler acquisition program in Africa & participating in over 10 acquisitions in the US, Europe & Africa. Before joining the Coca-Cola Company, Mike spent five years at Ernst & Young LLP as the engagement manager on the worldwide audit of Coca-Cola Enterprises.

Tera Reese-Beisbier

Tera Reese-Beisbier has practiced family law in and around metro-Atlanta since 1998 and is also a registered civil and family law mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. She has been a board member-at-large of the Family Law Board of the State Bar of Georgia since August 2011. Tera is also an active member of the Family Law Section of the Bar, a member of the Forsyth County Bar Association, and member of the North Fulton and Forsyth County Chambers of Commerce.

In 2003, Tera proudly opened her own family law practice in Cumming, Georgia. She has also been active with local non-profit organizations and enjoys getting to know them and assist with fund raising.

Brad Beisbier

Brad Beisbier has joined First Citizens Bank in 2012 and oversees all daily commercial operations in the bank’s Atlanta market and devises strategies that enable commercial bankers to better serve clients.

Prior to joining First Citizens, Brad served as senior vice president at PNC Bank and Bank of America. He also worked at Norwest Financial Bank, now Wells Fargo, as an assistant branch manager.

Gena Knox

Gena Knox is an American food writer, cookbook author and entrepreneur. She is also the founder and CEO of Fire & Flavor, a company specializing in all natural, at-home cooking products. She released first cookbook, Gourmet Made Simple, in 2008 and second book, Southern My Way: Simple Recipes, Fresh Flavors, was voted Best Southern Cookbook by SIBA and winner of the Eric Hoffer Award. Gena’s third book, Southern My Way: Food & Family, will be released October 15, 2013.

A native of a small town in Middle Georgia, Gena became comfortable in the kitchen at a young age working with homegrown fruits and vegetables. Gena’s roots in the Southern agricultural tradition and a passion for healthy, sustainable living led her to pursue a degree in landscape architecture at The University of Georgia. Gena’s lifelong immersion in cooking and locally grown foods paved the way for her career as an author and entrepreneur.

Davis Knox is an entrepreneur and presdent and co-founder of national, all natural retail brand Fire & Flavor. Davis has a true passion for inspiring and cultivating young entrepreneurs and local activism. He has been on the startup team for Gorsuch Outfitters and Air Serv. In 2003, Davis and his wife, Gena, co-founded Fire & Flavor, a leading marketer and producer of innovative and fresh concepts for grilling and flavoring foods. Fire & Flavor was ranked by Inc. Magazine as a Top 500 fastest growing companies in America in 2008.

Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, Davis graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Terry College of Business. He was awarded the 2009 Distinguished Young Alumni Award by UGA’s Terry College of Business. Davis and his wife Gena were a part of the 2009 Class of Leadership Georgia. Davis is also a founding board member of the Terry College Young Alumni Board.
